All Sales are Final except For Damaged Goods. There is a 25% restocking fee on cancelled orders, rejected, returns without proper authorization, and entire orders returned.

 We will not accept exchanges or refunds on clothing that was purchased for E-Bay sales, listed and not sold. We cannot guarantee which items will and will not sell well for you. Marketing is the buyers responsibility.

NO ORDER IS RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. INVENTORY IS PROCESSED FOR PAID ORDERS ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS.

 IF YOU PROVIDED A WRONG ZIP CODE WHEN YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED THERE IS A CHARGE OF $10.00. (We are charged this amount by the freight company for wrong zip code routing)

In the event that a particular color or style is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute another color of the same style or a very similar style of equal and comparative value,or issue a store credit.

The following damaged goods policy applies: All of our merchandise is given an inspection before it is placed for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will replace the merchandise, if in stock, offer a substitute or give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases. Your invoice will indicate where to return your merchandise to. Please contact for an authorization of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received, and ship back to us. If order is lost or damaged during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Kids Wholesale Wearhouse will pay to have the replacement order shipped back to you.

Merchandise must be received within 7 days of the contact date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.
