We want you to be happy with your Kids Wholesale Wearhouse purchasing experience, so we will accept returns for items that arrived damaged or that were not as ordered and that are not a close substitute. Please note that in order to be able to refund credit card transactions, we have to receive the items back within 28 days. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice copy. When you return an item, contact us for authorization and approval, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNWORN CONDITION WITH THE TAGS. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If a product does not arrive in good condition we will exchange it, issue a refund, or give you an in-house store credit for the item. Please inspect the items when they arrive; we will not accept returns more than five days after delivery. If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will refund your credit card or at our discretion issue an in house store credit for the full cost of the item.
In most cases, we will refund your credit card for the full cost of the returned items. In the event of persistent returns for reasons other than correction of our order processing errors, we reserve the right to provide a refund in the form of Store Credit.
Entire orders that are returned as undeliverable, rejected or cancelled will be charged a 25% restocking fee and only a store credit will be given for the remainder.
